Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge 1. Health fund rebates vary between funds and levels of cover. Additionally, changes in policy can occur at any time. ST can not tell me whether my insurance policy will cover my hypnotherapy sessions, or what my rebate will be. also recognise that the 2. unless I give 24 hours notice of a session cancellation I may be charged in full. Please note: Your session is subject to the rules of confidentiality. Nothing you disclose will leave the room or be relaved to others. However, there are exceptions to the rules of confidentiality. Any situation where you are at risk of harming yourself or others or your involvement in a serious crime. Child abuse/ court order request to release information. as a Mandatory reporter, therapists are legally bound to report these incidents to the authorities, it you are concerned please look up Confidentiality and Mandatory Reporting and arrive fully informed. Also, all therapist are under supervision/some disclose information
